sketch of the day
This story began with a simple drawing on my Instagram account. As a new year resolution, I decided to do 365 sketches or one a day. I drew a martini glass with the statement ' Bye Bye Covid,' hoping that 2021 would be an Au Revoir. Covid gave all of us additional time to reflect on what is essential. We got granted time and simplicity.
Family and friends encouraged this sketching pursuit. So I persevered. After some reflection, I decided to focus on a cause. What could I do to make a change or help others during this pandemic? With the support of my son Massimo, we began a fundraiser campaign to fight cancer. Our objective is to fundraise $ 1,000.
Presently we are preparing the sketch 365 box, which includes items with illustrations daily sketches. All proceeds go toward the cancer society. One drawing can make a difference. Donate now and get a free sketch.
